Contracted by Old Mutual Wealth to work on the Managed Separation Programme which facilitated Old Mutual Wealth's separation from Old Mutual Group.  We provided specialist consultancy, business architecture, business analysis and configuration/implementation services. 

Lead the Treasury Separation Workstream from initial feasibility, through a procurement process to a successful implementation of a new Treasury Management System.  This was a crucial implementation to support the launch of the rebranded Quilter plc.
